About Quilling

quillingQuilling, or paper filigree is an art form that involves the use of strips of paper that are rolled, shaped and glued together to create decorative designs.

Quilling is done on a needle like instrument, but originally, porcupine quills were used to roll the strips of paper, hence the name quilling.
